Equativ's Client portal is your single entry point to access all of Equativ's help resources, tools and means of communication. This article summarizes all available resources and useful information needed on a regular basis when using Equativ's Client portal.

Case management

When facing a problem, you can use the “Contact Support” button at the bottom of the page and create a support case to be resolved by Equativ's Support Team. You can manage all of your cases in the Client portal: following up on case status, changing priority, closing cases etc.; more details in Support case management

Equativ University

The Equativ University is a series of detailed online courses to learn about Equativ's features and solutions, including quizzes. The Equativ University portal also provides a self-onboarding course (read the Self-onboarding course article for more details).

Managing personal profile and settings

To edit your personal profile and your personal settings:
  • click on Log In
  • click on the avatar icon in the top right corner
  • click on My Profile to edit your personal information
  • click on My settings to edit your personal settings, including:
    • the Language — used by Equativ to distribute cases among the local service teams
    • the Email notifications — allowing you to configure for which activities/operations in the Client portal you wish to get notified by Email
